By proceeding, you are scheduling a mobile specimen collection with Quest Mobile; not Quest Diagnostics. Quest Mobile is a separate company from Quest Diagnostics.
Patients are responsible for arranging payment for a $55 at-home collection fee via credit card at the time of scheduling.
Please note that in-home specimen collection by Quest Mobile is not covered by health insurance and will not be submitted to your health plan. Quest Mobile does not participate with or bill in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance billing.
While the at-home specimen collection will not be billed to your health plan, the laboratory tests performed would be billed as a healthcare claim to your health plan under the terms of the existing contractual agreements and in accordance with the Quest Diagnostics usual procedures.}
